Hello. I have a ROCK PI 4C board and an inmp441 microphone with an I2S interface. How can I activate I2S on the ROCK PI 4C board? I use the Debian Buster image. Please tell me)
Connecting the inmp441 microphone via the I2S bus
You need an i2s dts overlay, then enable it on the system.
then config the .asoundrc
debian buster uses hw_intfc.conf file to enable overlays. They are used with .dtbo extension
Where can I get i2s.dts file for my rock pi4c and how can I use it instead of .dtbo files?
Currently we don’t have this inmp441 microphone adapted, I don’t have this sensor on hand, you may need to do the adapting yourself.
Are there any instructions or examples on the site on how to do this yourself?
may this post can help you

Thanks, I’ll try to apply this somehow on Debian
It may not work directly, just for reference, you need to configure the inmp441’s dts overlay according to your board’s specific dts and specific connections.
