cmd_alloc error Rock-5C

Hello, sorry if not the right spot. I’m new to arm. I have a new Rock-

5C 32G RAM (Linux rock-5c 5.10.110-38-rockchip updated from image rock-5c_debian_bullseye_cli_b3.img.xz) with NVM 2TB. I have this cmd_alloc error. when copying big files. But it doesn’t apper if I set the RAM frequency to lower fixed value. Is the current kernel not stable or some paramter needs to be set for the RAM? I tried armbian with kernel 6.1.0 with worse results

I added cma=400M to /etc/kernel/cmdline and it working better now
