CM5 USB power issue

I just got the CM5 and the IO board (v2.2), downloaded a linux image, plugged it together and started it up. It boots fine to the login screen, but mouse and keyboard are not working. It looks like there is no power on any of the 3 USB ports. Did I miss something? Is there a jumper that I need to place somewhere?

I see the board gets an IP assigned and I can ping it. But I cannot SSH into it. I am using the image radxa-cm5-io_debian_bullseye_kde_b2.img.xz. Is this normal?

I found the issue, the 3rd header of the CM5 was not properly pushed in. So my own fault, sorry for the confusion.
