CM5 System Freeze on Wake-Up from Screen Off (Android 12)

Hello everyone, while using the CM5IO, I control PWRON_L through a button, but there is a wake-up freeze issue that can be stably triggered. The system is Android 12.

1. Short press → Screen turns off normally.
2. Short press again to wake → System becomes unresponsive .
3. PWRON_L signal level confirmed stable via hardware measurement.
4. Reproducibility: 100%.
