CM5 doesnt boot anymore - dead?

Hello!
I use the CM5 with an RPi4 IO Board as Desktop computer. Today I tried to power it on - but it stays powered off. Voltages on the IO Board are correct.
I tried a different IO Board and different SD cards. But sadly nothing. The CM5 is dead.

I tried to measure some of the voltages on different points on the CM5, it seems like the RK806 is not producing any of the needed voltages …

Can someone assist?

Regards
Stefan

was the CM5 working properly before? Is the led light on? which os do you used

Hello!
Yes it was properly working for a few weeks now - was very happy with it (superb for compiling arm64 packages).
Sadly no LED comes on …
I used the Radxa Bookworm CLI image with my own XFCE setup.

I am now having this issue as well. CM5 v2.21 was working well for 2 months, using the latest RadxaOS image. also probed the Rk806, which is only outputting 0.78V on most rails. No LED activity. No visible signs of damage to traces or components.

Confirmed that RPiCM4-IO board worked with an RPiCM4 and another RadxaCM5. Is this an instance of a dead RK3588S?

Please check if you can still enter Maskrom mode, and flash the device per usual.
It will also be helpful if you can capture the serial log.

Unable to enter maskrom. Both the button and jumper method do not allow the device to be recognized.
