where can I find up-to-date information about uarts pinout ?

according to this:
https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock3/CM/CM3/pinout

Only uart1 and uart5 have rts and rts signals.
What about the rest of the uart - do they really don’t have rts/cts ?

At least not routed to the 3 headers as it looks like. Which hardware needs RTS/CTS these days?
