I try to change the language, Tastatorlayout in German and time zone on Europe / Berlin. Abert until now without success.
The command “sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration”.
it does not work. Who can help me

System: rock pi4 4GB ModellA with system Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS.
