Can't write Android image to NVME

Hi folks,

Somehow I managed to render my Rock 5B unable to load Android image into NVME.
During the process of burning the image I get message “Image is larger than flash” and “Download image failled”.

Does anyone knows how to solve this?

I think you are trying to flash android to SPI NOR memory, which is a bit too small for this. You’ll need to flash to actual nvme and also flash the bootloader to the SPI NOR.

Use the boot firmware corresponding to spi-nvme to burn

I can only get an old image onto the NVME that has no fan curve, basically exactly the same place I was over 12 months ago with this board.
