Can't boot from eMMC

Hello, I bought the device yesterday.

I’m having trouble getting eMMC as a mass storage device. I also encountered that RZ BOOT HELPER freezes when I want to load the bootloader.

Therefore, I downloaded DietPi to a flash drive and successfully booted my Radxa from it.
I deleted all partitions on eMMC, in my case it is /dev/mmcblk2, and loaded DietPi there with dd. If you pull out the microSD and try to turn on Radxa, then nothing happens, DietPi does not load. But if you insert a microSD then DietPi will be loaded from it.

How do I get my Radxa Zero to boot from eMMC?

Try follow this guide. Make sure you have go through every steps here to install the dependency. Once the binary is loaded (don’t need to click erase button) a new storage device will show in Windows and you can flash to it.

Hi. If you are using the USB boot helper app on windows, your antivirus software might be trying to scan the app continuously. An option would be to either add the USB boot helper app to a safe list for your antivirus, or disable your antivirus when using the tool. In my case the computer went very slow everytime I used the USB boot helper tool. Then on the task manager I noticed that the antivirus was taking all of my CPU and not letting me do anything else. So I disabled the antivirus and then it worked. Try that and let us know if it worked.
