Can't boot a new 5B+ from microSD?

Hi guys,
I just got my 5B+ but I’m unable to boot with rock-5b-plus_bookworm_kde_b2.output.img.xz.
I’m using microSD. I see the green LED indicator but it doesn’t blink even after 5~10 minutes.
I’m not getting any display output as well.

At first I thought it was because of using PoE (I bought the HAT module as well), but normal PD 30W power doesn’t work as well. I tried the troubleshooting with MASKROM button, it does show up in my device manager.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

hello,
I’ve finally got it to boot non-Desktop Armbian images of Ubuntu and Trixie. Desktop (RadxaOS and Armbian GNOME) doesnt work. Still figuring out why.

How can I get log from serial port?

Yes, you can send error logs at here from that debug port if you reproduce the problem.

Sure, now I dont have any connectors to connect serial. I’ll get back to you once I get hold of them.
