Can I run a virtual machine on this hardware?

I think it has to be allowed in BIOS. I would like to run a VMware machine. Anyone tried it?

@Simon_Fearby I need also to install a virtual machine on Rock Pi 4, did you have any chance to do this? Many thanks.
