Can I install Ubuntu 21.04 desktop version on Rock Pi 4?

As the official supported OSes are Android, Ubuntu 20.04 server, and Debian desktop, can it run on Ubuntu 21.04 desktop ARM64?

Absolutely, you can go to Armbian site and dowload hirsute Server and then install Ubuntu-desktop. Just make sure to select the right image for your RockPi4 board, A, B or C. If you have a 4B+, 4B images should work. Keep in mind, some features/packages may not work for your board and may require some tinkering.
