Camera Cable/Adapter for Rock PI 4C Plus

Hi All,
The MIPI CSI connector need a special adapter cable with 0.3mm pitch and 15 pin to 1mm pitch.
The only one offer ist Allnet china. But the cable is not more available.

Exists an alternative solution? Or is the interface therefore unusable?

application: Four cameras are to be used for the control of a model railroad.
