Building a bootable Ubuntu Server image for RockPi 4

Hey, I’d like to build the latest Ubuntu Server for ARM (20.04.1) for RockPi 4. I understand this will probably be a bit involved, but I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction. For instance, what was the build configuration involved in producing the Ubuntu Server 18.04 image?

I retract my statement. This is exactly what I was asking for, since it allows you to build Ubuntu Focal (20.04) images! Thanks for this pointer!
