What is the part-number of the SD-NAND mounted on the RockPi S?
It would be great to find a compatible replacement with a bigger size, unfortunately 1GB is not enough for the project I have in mind.

You know that the Nand flash in SD Nand is SLC(Single Level Cell), which is able to handle approximately 100,000 write cycles per cell but the density is not as big as TLC/MLC. Considering the footprint size of SD Nand is so small(6x8mm), the size can not be very big. The good news is there will be 4GB size SD Nand from the vendor soon, that should be the largest size, not expect to get more than that.
hi @jack
that would be perfect!
when the manufacturer will release this bigger version? what is the part number?
many thanks for your response!
