I recently got a ROCK 5B (not a + model) and installed Debian Bookworm as linked from the radxa website. I need to set it up to boot to a logged in user.
First, I used the System Settings UI to tell the system to autologin to the provided radxa user. It doesn’t do it–just goes to the login screen. I’ve tried turning that setting off and back on, and verified that /etc/sddm.conf.d/kde_settings.conf reflects the settings change.
Is this typical? What can I do to fix this? Without this behavior, I can’t use this machine for its intended purpose.
