Are pin 29, 31,33 connected to someting?

Hi,

I’ve bought a Raspberry hat which use pin 29, 31 and 33. This pin are indicated as NC on the radxa zero.

I can not change the hat but I wonder if I can safely solder connnectors between pin 29, 31,33 with another pin (8, 10, 12 e.g.) or if it would be problematic because 29, 31 and 33 are already reserved for some functions in the future?

The schematic shows they are indeed connected to nowhere. You should be fine to mod the board.
