App su access isn't work

I am using rock pi 4c android 10 image.when I click app su access on tuner settings it isn’t work.how can I solve this problem.how can I enable this option

Reset All the App permissions, it may be that an app or apps or something connected is causing the issue. Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences. Then reboot.
