Allnet 65W PD powersupplay not working

Rock5 B and Allnet 65 W powersupplay is a poor mixture.
Rock5 does not start.
Has nobody tested these?
A simple 25W usb adapter fits.
Any update for the Rock 5 B flash rom?
Or is the power supply crap?

please tag this issue for rock 5 series and i think the thread rock 5b pd issues could help you
