Access denied for login as linaro via putty

I want to access my Rockpi4b remotely to use the Command Line Interface but when I try and login as linaro I get Access denied. I really do not want to plug in a monitor/keyboard etc just to occasionally issue a few commands so is there a way to enable this access?

Please note that the above is almost the entirety of my linux knowledge.

Please check the IP is correct.

The following is from the PuTTY display window…

login as: linaro
linaro@192.168.1.110’s password:
Access denied
linaro@192.168.1.110’s password:

The IP address is correct AFAIK and matches that shown on my Router.
