No. All the USB A port of ROCK 5B can not support OTG. There is one USB 3.0 OTG bus from the SoC on the upper USB 3.0 double layer A ports, but the ROCK 5B design can not support it because of the power implementation limitation.

Hi, does the USB C OTG support true 3.0 speed (ie 5 gbps)? I plan to use it for storage so this is important.

Also how about the USB A OTG port on the 5A and 5C? Do they support USB 3.0 in OTG mode?

It does. Tested on Rock 5 ITX since I found no way to test it on Rock 5B due to USB-C also being used for powering the board and me lacking an USB-C Dock…
