About pip (picture in picuture) function

I want to make full use of the processor, instead of using gstreamer app, because it’s too slow.
Can anyone tell me some about the application of the “Image Enhancement Processor” mentioned in the block dialog?

Is there any existed function using this processor, instead of gstreamer?
Or, what kind of on-board function, or midware is provided on debian os?
