About 5 volt tolerance and mraa gpio library

I would like to know if Radxa Zero pins are 5 volt tolerant. And apart from mraa, does it support any other GPIO library (I have installed Twister OS image, because that is the only working by now. I can swap to LineageOS, Slackware, Crux Arm or Manjaro, if I am told I can use that library there and download those files:
sudo apt install -y linux-headers-5.10.69-4-amlogic-g37ae4051315a
sudo apt install -y linux-image-5.10.69-4-amlogic-g37ae4051315a

FYI. Twister OS is UI interface only. On top of https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_FAQ/

Thank you. I hope I can solve that, because I want to use Radxa Zero for a robotics project.
