A7S Camera imx214 / imx415 V4L2 frame size

I’m playing with the cameras using v4l2 and i am facing some limitation regarding the frame size, it seems the max frame size is 3264 pixels or so.

gstreamer has the property en-largemode=1 on video1 which allows for 3840x2160 frame size.

Can you please disclose the commands (or snippet of code) i should send to v4l2 / isp to allow pulling frame size 3840x2160?
