A5E CSI compatibility with HDMI-CSI2 boards?

Hi folks,

I’m curious about using an HDMI-CSI2 converters such as https://www.amazon.com/Geekworm-Raspberry-Supports-1080p25fps-Compatible/dp/B0899L6ZXZ with the A5E. Understanding it is still early days in the bringup, what is needed other than software support? Is it possible to get a suitable FFC cable to adapt between the A5E’s 31-pin FFC connector, and the Raspberry Pi’s 15 pin connector?

This seems like a slightly better option, with 4-lane output via the 22-pin connector: https://wiki.geekworm.com/C790 But it would still need an adapter to the radxa 31-pin FFC.

This seems like the closest available, but only supports two lanes, I think: Radxa fpc-cable-008

Hi! I’m following this thread. Currently using the Rock 5C with a 31pin to 22pin FPC to the C790. Having some Device Tree Overlay issues.

May I ask where you got your 31-22 FPC from?

Edit: Never mind, I found it on Radxa’s site after some searching. Unfortunately, shipping is 100x what the cable costs on Aliexpress.
