5V/3A power supply

I have been using 5V/3A supply to power Rock Pi N10. It is working fine for 2 days. Is it OK or should I switch to 9V/2A?

Thing is that most 5V/3A getting hot AF, which is not okay, also in case of serious long load (like all USB taken + 100% NPU + 100% CPU load) there is possibility of power supply going fry (if it’s something cheap).

Otherwise you will be fine. If you can - iw will be better with 9V, if you can’t just keep this things in mind

Switch to 9V/2A if you can. Once you push the performance to max, 5V/3A is not enough.

Thanks @jack! I already have started using my macbook pro power supply.

(Addressed this Q in the other thread Is Radxa going to ship a power supply with it? .)

Hi,

Would you please let me know if there is another way such as pins for connecting Vdd and ground? because I want to measure power consumption and need to connect power via wires.

Best,
Ehsan
