3C and 8inch LCD

Hi all

  • After updating ATP, the system has completely stopped booting. We tried changing the SD card, reinstalling the image, using three different adapters, and even removing the LCD, but only the green light comes on and there is no other response. It stopped during a command execution. Boot log doesn’t appear, and pressing buttons doesn’t result in any response. Is there anything the we can try to resolve this issue?

Can you tell me which os do you used and how did you update ATP? we will check whether we can reproduce this issue. btw ,do you have a serial cable which can catch the serial log

I think it maybe caused by flashing image into spi flash, please try to erase the spi to have a look. Refer to the part (Special Circumstances) of this page
