Usb not detecting in zero 2 pro

Hello,
We are using the radxa zero 2 pro. In our case we tried all the available images, armbian, kde, provided by radxa, the board is not able to detect or work with usb devices in any of these os.

We are using the usb hub, (which has power delivery of 100W) and we have connected our usb devices like mouse, keyboard to it, none of this are working.

We tried all the combinations, i.e

  1. Plugged the power cable into usb 2.0 and usb hub on usb 3.0
  2. plugged the usb hub of usb 2.0 and power on usb 3.0
  3. USB hub with power delivery on usb 2.0 and io devices on the same hub.

None of the above combinations helped us. We even changed the usb hub and tested with the new usb hub, still we are not able to use keyboard/mouse.

We could not find out if it is the board problem or the os. We dont have another board for now to test.
So is there anyone else who have faced the same issue and found any solution?

Thanks

Have you tried connecting a device directly without a hub?

Can you turn off the external discharge on your hub?

We tried that as well,

Also we tried another usb hub without external supply/discharge as well. That also did not help. So can we say is it a hardware problem.

Most likely not the reason as you are using a stock image, but do you have USB support compiled into your kernel Rock Pi S + radxa kernel linux-6.1-stan-rkr1 - inactive USB host? ?

Can you give me your system image link?

No we did not do that

Yes , we used the
officially given Radxa ZERO 2 PRO Debian Build 32
