@Fortean I was finally able to use Radxa’s latest image:
My Rock 5b now outputs 4k120 4:2:0 to my LG C1 tv. I built moonlight-qt with [https://github.com/nyanmisaka/ffmpeg-rockchip/wiki/Compilation)
Bitrate is set to 120 MBit/s.

Wanted to chime in here
I am running Joshua Riek’s Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, 5.10 Kernel
All i did was install moonlight-qt from the @amazingfate PPA, 4k 120fps works very well. I can’t do even over 30fps with any Armbian image, which also incorrectly identifies the display as 30hz.
Side note, Jianfeng if you see this, I’m not sure if it’s discussed elsewhere, I have been completely unable to use your PPA with kernel 6.1+, I get errors for their being no release file for Noble. Do we need to stick with 5.10 for now?
You should do something wrong, launchapd ppa is not related to kernel version.
