yes esp32 doesn’t use the crazy 1.5M baud rate
but i never told you that i am using 1.5M for esp32 for monitoring and code uploading
i was just saying that the hardware is working and ch340G supports upto 2M baudrate

After trying numerous troubleshooting steps without any success, we believe the board we received is faulty. Therefore, we kindly request the RADXA community to consider replacing our board.

I tested yet another thing on Rock 5B, burned image on random sd card and got same results as You,
switched to eMMC (socket available on 5B) and started OS to find out that this particular SD card is not working with the board. On PC was fine with usb card reader (but not with pcie).
So You may have sd card that is not compatible with this SBC and works perfectly somewhere else (this one works on raspberry). With no boot device recognized rockchip will not output anything to UART.
Maybe something is wrong about SD card or slot, are pins there ok?
Beside that maskroom should work and allow to init eMMC (if present) or SPI (i.e for nvme boot). This require right cable as noted earlier.
