I gave up on radxaOS. I took the nuclear option and pressed the maskrom button and deleted all the boot-loaders that I could find. Then reboot.
Somehow, suddenly I see ROOBI for the first time! WTF??? I installed Armbian to my NVMe stick through ROOBI. Its running so well now. Having working hardware acceleration is making it worth the time and cost.
