I have Issues with Booting Radxa Rock 5

Hey guys…

I am having trouble booting up my Radxa Rock 5. I followed the installation instructions, but when I power it on, the device doesn’t seem to start up properly. The power LED is on, but there’s no signal to the monitor and I’m not hearing any boot sounds.

I have tried re-flashing the image and checking all the connections, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions for troubleshooting?

I also check this: https://forum.radxa.com/t/radxa-rock-5b-pcie-and-rtl8125b-networking-in-u-bootqlik But I have not found any solution. Could anyone guide me about this?

Thanks in advance!

What software did you use to write the SD card?

Have you or can you connect to the serial console to see if the boot loader sequence is executing? https://wiki.radxa.com/Rock/Serial_debug_tools_Setting

Check the FAQ I wrote in the Rock 5 category: [Guide] Rock 5 series boards - troubleshooting FAQ for newcomers

Btw, there won’t be any boot sounds because ARM boards don’t really do canonical POST.

Also, there are multiple Rock 5 models, are you sure you are using the Rock 5b image with the rock 5b board?
