Bluetooth didn`t work on Debian

I can´t get Bluetooth Manager work correctly on the Debian image. I thought, I´ve installed any packet needed, but it won`t start.
Which packets are needed?

Same here, BT doesn’t work on stock Debian image. OK on Android though
