I’ve got artifacts on RP V2 or 8M219.
Reproduced on several Zero 3W and several cameras (to avoid possible HW effects).
Any idea?
Kernel version: radxa-zero3 5.10.160-38-rk356x, Debian distro.
Cameras RP V1.3 are OK with clear image.

I had the same problem. It occurs after a system upgrade in rsetup. I installed a new system and then did not update it and everything works fine.
After upgrade with sudo rsetup -> System -> System Update new kernel was built, but you can still use the old one.
For that you should change the default to l1 from l0 in /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf. l1 target should point to linux image 5.10.160-26-rk356x instead of 5.10.160-38-rk356x.
Use overlays from kernel 5.10.160-26-rk356x and camera will work just fine.
